Senior Leasing Officer will focus on finding commercial opportunities and prioritize the processing for lease requirements of Factory Phnom Penh (FPP) & Urban Village (UV) commercial spaces (including office spaces, advertising contracts, retail spaces etc) for potential renters and ensure that all documents are filed accurately, following the standards of property management and client’s qualifications.
The role will primarily manage commercial activities and focus on finding clients to fill all the commercial spaces for the two projects. We are looking for an organized, multitasking, motivated individual with a love for learning, collaboration, and willing to grow with the FPP and Urban Village’s Leasing Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify the new commercial opportunities and participate in the development of new commercial
contracts; - Coordinate and support the implementation of new projects/ clients/ products;
- Prepare Documentations, manage the commercial agreements under his/her responsibility, Including contractual and finance aspects in coordination with the concerned internal departments;
- Work with the Legal team to ensure that the performance of the contracted business partners is
maintained at a high level and the terms and conditions of the contract or agreement is followed
respectively; - Works alongside the Urban Village Design team to update the retail report, provide all marketing material with the Urban Village marketing team to promote FPP spaces in Urban Village networks;
- Networking: attend all the networking activities, real estate, conference, public exhibition and all ESM events;
- Report monthly on development of commercial activities and analyze the trends and commercial leasing;
- Monitoring critical lease duties, calculating rental escalations and initiating appropriate action in the event of tenant defaults;
- Researching Commercial Leasing Market and staying up to date with commercial space pricing.
Job Qualification
- Manage Quality Communication with potential clients, agencies and any commercial opportunities that are interested in FPP and Urban Village leasing to ensure the traffic to our commercial spaces.
- Tenant’s management, develop and maintain long-term relations with clients, tenants, organize monthly meetings, provide updates to tenants on upcoming activities for FPP and Urban Village.
- Identify the needs and build proactive and positive relationships with service business partners, tenants and team members;
- Handle tenant property enquiries and feedback;
