• Develop and manage a detailed schedule and work plan
• Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and milestones are met
• Monitor documents to ensure obstacles to the project are minimized, permit inspection, approvals, etc.
• Determine interfacing in the scope of works between construction trades
• Measure project performance/health on aspects of time, cost, and quality
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure information sufficient for execution
• Coordinate internally to ensure information is reviewed by all relevant parties
• Review drawings and documents to ensure issues are minimized and the work plan is feasible/valid
• Attend project-related meetings with internal/external parties
• Produce monthly and weekly project updates to Top Management and stakeholders
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
