- Key Responsibilities
- Handle work orders and maintenance schedule (weekly & monthly)
- Document the daily records and reports of the duties performed around the common area and inside the units.
- Perform minor to mid-level repair jobs can be handled, with adjustments for outsourced repairs that are outside the scope of internal work.
- Coordinate with upper management any and all operating problems and solutions.
- Report any tenant complaints to upper management,
- Follow the proper procedure of documenting all duties handled.
- Assist in performing “move in, move out” inspections using the “Move in, Move out” Inspection Form.
- Perform periodic light inspections of common areas to detect lighting or security hazards.
- Perform plumbing system and inspection of the condo to detect
- Establish and follow a work priority system
- Handle supplies and refill of any used products, have a general knowledge of unit repairs
- Upkeep of the landscape around the common areas of compound
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, Degree or Professional certifications will be a plus
- Knowledge in all building repair, work safety requirements, and repair
- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, plumbing, air conditioner etc.)
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
- Understanding of budgeting and performance management
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities
- Ability to meet and deal tactfully and courteously with fellow employees and vendors/contractors.
- Ability to install, inspect, repair and maintain the electrical, plumbing and other related systems.
- Ability to perform various clean-up and maintenance tasks as needed.
