Responsible for the management of ID subcontractors.
In the bidding stage, review the ID subcontract and quotation list.
Review the documents submitted by the ID subcontractor, and put forward relevant comments and suggestions. The relevant documents include:
Project implementation planning,
Schedule,
Drawings,
Method Statement,
Material submittal,
sample,
3D model,
Rendering drawing,
PQP,
Report document,
Progress report, etc.
Responsible for tracking and supervising the interior decoration of the project.
Coordinate interface issues related to interior decoration and other subcontractors.
Participate in and organize various interior decoration-related meetings.
Regularly check the construction situation on site, check whether the construction and drawing requirements are consistent, and make timely design adjustments to various situations that occur during the construction process.
Solve related technical problems in the process of ID construction and installation.
Check and evaluate the interior subcontractor.
Participate in and organize the acceptance and handover of interior decoration.
Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
Recruitment:
More than 5 years of relevant work experience, bachelor’s degree or above in architecture, interior, art, and related majors.
Have rich experience in large-scale international decoration engineering design, experience in large-scale airport decoration management, and be proficient in on-site construction technology and materials.
Have good professional ethics and psychological quality, good communication and coordination skills; have a sense of teamwork and strong ability to withstand pressure.
Familiar with relevant national and local regulations and policies, familiar with decorative construction drawings, construction management and regulations and requirements related to construction and decorative construction.
Proficient in using Revit, CAD, Photoshop, Sketch up and other design related software.
Be cost-conscious, know how to control project cost, be economically reasonable and technically feasible.
