Hotel General Manager Full Time

Communication

• Hold regular one-to-one meetings with each head of department to review operations.
• Hold regular management meetings.
• Develop privileged relationships with neighbors, business partners, authorities.

Customer Service Management

• Enhance guest’s experience.
• Ensure highest quality standards for best guest services.
• Manage customer issues or complaints
• Answer online customer comments/reviews
• Regularly greet customers
• Finance and Cost Control Management
• Prepare and control hotel annual operating budget and CAPEX budget once approved by the owners.
• Ensure compliance licensing laws, health, safety, and other regulations.

Leadership and Human Resource Management

• Provide stimulating leadership to all teams with yearly development and goals
• Provide mentoring and coaching
• Ensure team members are trained to comply with quality service standards.
• Ensure grooming general appearance for all team members with conform hotel standards.
  Operation
• Create/ appraise/ ensure the implementation of Standards & Procedures and Internal Policies
• Conduct daily operations.
• Regularly carry out inspections on the entire property services and tidiness.
• Ensure visual communication in respect of the hotel’s branding guidelines.
• Control expenditure and revenue Sales, Event and Marketing Management
• Analyze revenue improvement strategies.
• Monitor Internet Distribution Channels, direct online booking platforms.
• Conduct sales marketing towards direct clients, travel agencies corporations.
• Benchmark local competition
• Ensure hotel maintains reputation image.
• Organize cultural, entertaining promotional events.
• If / when required, the development of local tourism initiatives

Reporting

• Provide management monthly reports.
• Hold monthly financial / board meetings with owners.

Renovation and Construction

• Supervision and coordination with the different parties
• Provide reports to the Owners’ Representatives

General

• Always keep a very good professional attitude towards colleagues.
• Maintain excellent grooming standard at all times.
• Remain calm alert, especially during emergency situations and/or heavy hotel activity
• Serving as a role model to the team.
• Occasionally perform other duties and assist specially as assigned
