Head of IT Full Time

Responsibilities

1. Provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of the business through communication with employees, stakeholders and customers.
2. Devise the Company’s IT strategy and ensure that all systems are necessary to support its operations and business objectives.
3. Develop technical aspects of the Company’s strategy to ensure alignment with the business goals and strategic direction.
4. Ensure undisrupted support to internal and external stakeholders on IT related technology in a matrix organization or project-based deliverables.
5. Identify and implement the right technology to offer to customers based on
6. Ensure quality assurance, data protection and cybersecurity processes and standard operating procedures for technology are available and in place.
7. Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance and its effectiveness.
8. Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
9. Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance.
10. Identify and implement the right technology to offer to customers based on business division’s needs.
11. Identify and hire the right resources to support both the internal support requirements and external business.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering or
  any related field
• Proven experience as a Head or similar leadership role for more than 6 years
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
• Knowledge of technological trends and sound understanding of budgets and
  business-planning
