Provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of the business through
communication with employees, stakeholders, and customers.

Ensure undisrupted support to internal and external stakeholders on IT related
technology in a matrix organization or project-based deliverables.
Provide the relevant IT blueprint and system infrastructure to ensure
functionality and efficiency.
Ensure the quality assurance, data protection, and cybersecurity processes and
standard operating procedures for technology are available and in place.
Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance and its
effectiveness.
Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and
adjustments to technology.
Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in
the organization to ensure optimal performance.
