Key Responsibilities
• Support technical teams’ team on sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and physical documents.
• Monitor & keep track of internal, consultant & contractor document correspondences.
• Create and maintain an organized electronic and physical filing system.
• Create and maintain comprehensive tracking list for incoming/outgoing files.
• Ensure key documents are received and acknowledged by intended recipients in a timely manner.
• Ensure project files are kept up to date on a daily basis.
• Ensure documents comply to project format & procedures.
• Ensure coordination of filing system with external party according to established protocols.
• Provide basic training on filing ecosystem to new recruits.
• Complete document list in a timely manner; reports, tracking list, checklist, etc.
• Attend document coordination meeting with department manager as required.
• Perform other task as assigned by management.
Job Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven work experience as Document Controller or similar role
• Familiar with quality management standards
• Fluent in English / Mandarin / Khmer
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Independent, rigorous, organized and attentive to details
• Ability to manage time and complete assigned projects
