Responsibilities:
• Develops content and marketing strategies for Factory Phnom Penh & Workspace 1 communication channels.
• Oversee the graphic design and content from Junior staff.
• Execute the marketing plan across all channels.
• Provides copywriting in both; Khmer & English for social media posts, stories, memos, announcements, and other communication methods.
• Communicates, new policies, announcements, or operation updates to Factory tenants, team members, internal community, and visitors via all our channels; FB
groups, chats, slacks, websites, and email campaigns.
• Be the point of contact between third parties & Factory Phnom Penh.
• Provide marketing support for internal events.
• Coordinate Junior Team members including interns. Support them to manage the workflow efficiently and effectively with all Factory departments, ensuring is followed.
• Works closely with Factory Director to optimize marketing campaign efficiency.
• Propose Crazy Ideas and thinks out of the box
