• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
• Set up & develop creative idea for effective marketing event.
• Create Action Plan for marketing activities on social media.
• Lead visual direction and styling of digital (incl websites, videography and photography),
advertising, printing and broadcast, working together with director, sales, marketing, public
relations, digital communication and events teams to execute ideas.
• Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality.
• Lead and coach team to ensure they will be able to deliver creative service.
• Review and support all task of market staff.
• Set up and develop promotional information to drive business.
• Managing budgets for marketing campaigns.
• Pilot new marketing opportunities.
• Build relationships with media outlets and direct social media strategies.
• Evaluating performances of marketing campaigns.
• Coach employees about industry marketing trends.
• Analyze customer feedback from social media platforms.
• Analyze advertising returns and reporting to upper management.
• Prepare marketing budget and monitor effective cost of marketing event.
