Job Summary:
The Slot Technical Manager will direct and organize Slot and Table gaming Technical operational activities, ensure efficient Technical support is available at all times and that the Slot Machine Department operates in a manner which promotes guests’ perception of NagaWorld as that of an exciting entertainment experience, to ensure that all Guests (Internal / External) receive excellent service, to help instill the perception in the minds of Guests that NagaWorld is an establishment which offers excitement and unparalleled gaming experience. The Slot Technical Manager will also need to perform all duties in accordance with NagaWorld policies and within the realm of the Company vision, mission and values.
