Develop new business relationships/opportunities and set up meetings with contractors, developers, architects, and potential Company personnel
Visit all the developers, architects ID, and consultants.
To promote all the electrical brands carried by the company.
Monitor the market and identify leads.
Respond to tenders and requests in a timely manner.
Build local awareness and client base through active participation with local professional associations and networking events.
Identify new geographical areas and develop a lead base in them.
Work closely with the Estimation/ Contracts/ Design teams to provide them with accurate information in preparation of presentations, bids, contracts, etc.
Achieve targets set by the Management
Maintaining client base and minimizing attrition.
Getting product specified by the Government Department Architect/Interior Designer & Corporate Clients
Professionally managing lead generation through to prospecting, arranging appointments, giving presentations & Spec
Presentation /Demos to the Architect/Client
Achieve personal sales targets by developing new Business with existing and potential clients.
Create and Implement sales/marketing strategies.
Report on sales, activity, and performance as required by Country Head Sales.
Effectively communicate client information and insights to the team
Tracks projects to establish plans for selling products in these buildings.
